Rebellion
A rebellion was a refusal to accept authority. It was often used in reference to armed resistance against an established government or, in some cases, a non-violent movement. Numerous rebellions occurred over the course of galactic history, the most well known possibly being the war between the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire.
