Redoubtable was an early-model Imperial I-class Star Destroyer.

After taking significant damage in the retreat from the Battle of Endor, she was sent to the Black-15 shipyard at N'zoth. The ship was seized by Nil Spaar of the Yevetha during their uprising, and renamed the Destiny of Yevetha. After the Yevetha completed her repairs she served in the Yevethan fleet during the Black Fleet crisis.
Redoubtable jumped to Byss in the Deep Core along with the other Imperial-design starships which left the Yevethan fleet under the command of Sil Sorannan.

The similar-named Redoutable was a French ship that fought at the Battle of Trafalgar. A sniper firing from it's rigging was responsible for the death of Horatio Nelson.
