Reeft was a male Dressellian Jedi Knight in the waning years of the Galactic Republic.

As a youngling in the Jedi Temple, Reeft had an extreme appetite and would often finish the plates of fellow younglings. He was one of Obi-Wan Kenobi's best friends and also good friends to Garen Muln and Bant Eerin, and was eventually chosen as the Padawan of Binn Ibes.
Before the Clone Wars, Reeft was sent to capture a thief named Rotar Lopani on Brentaal IV, where he would get himself in trouble by bringing the lifeless bodies of both Rotar and a Xexto bounty hunter, Tosinqas, back to Coruscant.
Tosinqas had found Rotar first and killed him, but Tosinqas's actions startled Reeft, who drew his lightsaber. Tosinqas charged at Reeft and, misjudging the blade of the lightsaber, cut himself in half. While Reeft wasn't punished for his actions, the Bounty Hunters Guild did file a complaint against the Republic, arguing that better communication with the Jedi Temple was needed.
