Reflections III
Talk0this wiki
Reflections III was the last "reflection" set that Decipher released. The Reflection sets (which also included Reflections: A Collector's Bounty, and Reflections II: Expanding the Galaxy) included foils (specialty cards with metal foil enhancements to the artwork) of previously released cards (an example would be a "Disarmed" card from Premiere, now released as a foil).
Each booster pack contained 15 cards (1 random foil card and 4 premium cards which were unique to the Reflections III set, as well as cards found in previously released expansion sets). In total the entire Reflections III set contained 100 of these unique premium cards and 100 of the unique foil cards.

Changes to gameplay
Edit
Reflections III introduced a few new gameplay mechanics to SW:CCG:
Defensive Shields
Edit
Defensive shields were basically a side-board for counters to the more abusive strategies in SW:CCG. There was also a new sub-type of an effect, Starting Effect. The starting effect was what let the Defensive Shields be played for better capacity in a player's deck.
Lightsaber Combat
Edit
Lightsaber combat was introduced along with the objectives for it. It depicted the duel from Naboo, and was intended to be a longer version of dueling (as dueling is already in the game).
Maintenance Cost
Edit
The maintenance cost (or, known as Upkeep in Magic) is a way to balance more powerful cards, by giving them a requirement to stay on table.
