Regenald Snopps was the spoiled son of ex-senator-cum-governor of a Core World, Zafiel Snopps. Regenald sported long blond hair, a thin mustache and wore only cloaks and tunics in turquoise and pink.

He failed to get into the elite Imperial Academy, and had to resort to traveling the galaxy to find other ways to prove himself. He was extremely arrogant and thought he was the centerpoint of the galaxy. He tended to threaten people with the wrath of the Galactic Empire if anyone crossed his way, but in reality, the Imperial bodyguards usually assigned to him couldn't stand his guts.
