Regina Cayli was a solitaire roleplaying game adventure written by Ken Rolston and published in the Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, First Edition rulebook. It was later reprinted in Star Wars Adventure Journal 1. In it, the player assumes the role of the smuggler Roark Garnet, who is in the process of trying to spring his co-pilot from confinement aboard the Imperial vessel Regina Cayli, from which the adventure gets its name.
