Reid Gandon was a Human male who worked as an agent for the Republic Strategic Information Service during the Cold War. Stationed on Coruscant, he was working to identify the Justicars' Brigade's supplier. He believed the Empire was helping them, but needed proof. He tasked a Republic spacer to download manifest data from work stations around the Justicars' Shipping Docks.
