Reidi Artom's Expansion Manifesto

Reidi Artom's Expansion Manifesto is an article written by Morrie Mullins as a tie in to the Living Force campaign. It was published on the Wizards of the Coast website on January 15, 2004 and described the discovery of some writings of the discoverer of the Cularin system, Reidi Artom. Her writings were then reproduced, which discussed an ethical form of expansion and argued against warring over worlds that should belong to their native inhabitants.
