Rel Acoi was a male Human who led the Oquan, a group of bounty hunters that operated on the planet Naalol during the time of the Galactic Civil War. After the Rebel Alliance procurement officer Lieutenant Talnar crash-landed on Naalol, the Oquan captured Talnar and Acoi subsequently met with a group of Alliance agents in Rigoton Spaceport, to attempt to persuade the Rebels to pay a ransom for Talnar's release.
