A mission occurred shortly after the Battle of Yavin when, after a failed mission to Kamino, Rebels Zev Senesca and Wedge Antilles escaped and reported back to the Rebel base on Yavin 4. Princess Leia Organa gathered a team of Rebels and headed back to Kamino to rescue Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Chewbacca, who had been left behind on Kamino after their ships were lost. Organa and her team arrived to find Skywalker, Solo, and Chewbacca already escaping the planet in stolen ships.
