The Resolve was a Nebula-class Star Destroyer in the New Republic Fifth Fleet.^[1]

HistoryEdit

Commissioned for and assigned to the New Republic Fifth Battle Group under Commander Syub Snunb^[1], the Resolve was upgraded with at least four extra shielding systems that could receive power from the sublight engines. While this allowed Resolve to absorb large amounts of firepower, it let the ship unable to flee.

During Operation Hammerblow, the Resolve was used to absorb the fire of a hypervelocity gun while K-wing bombers of the 24th Bombardment Squadron destroyed the emplacement. By the time the gun was destroyed, the ship's D shield had been lost.
