Behind the scenes
Edit
Revenge of the Jedi was marketed as a special storyline arc for the Star Wars comic strip, citing it as the first time readers will be introduced to Admiral Gial Ackbar. At the time the strip was created, Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi was still in production.
Revenge of the Jedi was the name of the third installment in the original Star Wars trilogy, before Lucasfilm settled on Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. The change occurred because George Lucas decided that revenge was not the way of the Jedi Order. He would reuse that name for a later film.
