Revwien coleslaw was a dish served at Dex's Diner, a restaurant located in CoCo Town on the galactic capital planet of Coruscant, before^[1] the eatery was destroyed in 19 BBY.^[2] Some time before that date, Dexter Jettster, the Besalisk owner of the diner, sold Revwien coleslaw as one of his lunch sides for 2.7.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Revwien coleslaw appears in Dining at Dex's, a 2009 Star Wars Hyperspace exclusive in-universe article written by Gregory Walker. The Revwiens are a plant-like species that first appeared in Star Wars Droids 6: Star Wars According to the Droids, Book I, but an explicit connection between the food and the species is not made in Gregory Walker's article. In real life, coleslaw is a type of salad made mostly of shredded cabbage.^[3]
