Count Rial Pernon was a noble of Eiattu VI and served on the Priamsta.

He was the second cousin of Plourr Ilo and was engaged to her in their youth as part of an arranged marriage. When Plourr returned to Eiattu, Rial was her staunchest supporter.

He flew a modified Z-95 Headhunter starfighter.
