Riao Siao was a female Felacatian, indigenous to Felacat. Her parents were both dead. She was Reymet Autem's girlfriend and helped him escape offworld to Coruscant. Reymet's father didn't quite like his son dating her. When a crackdown on illegal racing snared Riao, Reymet, and Reymet's little sister, Lissa Autem, Sagoro Autem—Reymet's father— stepped in and used his authority to have Reymet and his daughter let go - he allowed the Judicials to take Riao away, not caring what happened to her.
Reymet ran away from home and confronted one of the Judicials who had captured her, attempting to get into the lock-up to see her. When the officer threatened to put Reymet in there with her, Venco Autem, Reymet's uncle, stepped in and bribed the officer to let Riao go. She was overjoyed to be set free, and immediately set plans to go to her home planet along with Reymet, as she said the air on Coruscant was bad for her health and he wished to escape his father. Venco arranged for them to leave the planet and they took him up on his offer, escaping together.
It's unknown if she was still with Reymet in his days as a bounty hunter and Information broker.
