Riggins Delahrg was the Imperial Governor of Tallaso. After the Battle of Endor, Delahrg was largely ignored by the rest of the Empire, which allowed Delahrg to be overthrown in a coup d'état without outside Imperial intervention. Following his defeat, he fled to Vandron.
