The Riileb were a species of sentient insectoids that were indigenous to the planet of Riileb^[1]. Tere Metallo was a Riileb. The Riileb spoke a language that was also known as Riileb.^[2]

Riileb had antennae on their head that was able to detect changes in the biorhythm of other sentients. Single female Riileb had no hair, however married females and males had hair on their bodies.^[1]
