Rikel was a Sergeant of the Imperial Army of the Sith Empire stationed on Korriban during the Cold War.^[1] Sergeant Rikel was ordered with carrying out Imperial Edict 936 and sent in some of the soldiers in his command to do so. These soldiers died on their mission and the mission was later completed by an acolyte at the nearby Sith Academy.^[1]
