"He flouted the Rime Feeorin - our ancient code - by opening our holiest place to outsiders. Even when it's closed to us. No wonder the skies have been so furious."
Borjak, speaking of Feln[src]

The Rime Feeorin was the ancient code of the Feeorin by the time of the Mandalorian Wars.

The Rime Feeorin is known to have included the rules that -

  • No outsider (non-Feeorin) may enter the Sanctum of the Exalted.
  • Any person who enters the Sanctum of the Exalted is beyond weapons, and 'cannot be harmed by blade or bludgeon while the Sanctum stands'. As such they can only be fought hand-to-hand.
  • The Exalted is to be obeyed.

Feln, of the Jedi Covenant, was known to break the Rime Feeorin during his time as leader, allowing the Sanctum to be turned into a storehouse for Sith artifacts. After the Sanctum of the Exalted was destroyed, the strictures of the Rime Feeorin ceased to apply, allowing the Feeorin to kill an unarmed Feln with primitive weapons.
