The Ripclaw was an Imperial Star Destroyer. It was apparently named after an Alderaanian predator.
History

It was dispatched to the Delphon system in order to repel the Black Hole Gang which were heavily raiding Delphon, causing its economy to collapse. The arrival of the Star Destroyer caused the gang to scatter.
