The decoy Roan Fel was a lookalike of Galactic Emperor Roan Fel.

He was a double arranged by Fel to appear in his place during the meeting with Darth Krayt and his legion of Sith after the Sith-Imperial War in 130 ABY.
The double was killed by Krayt along several Imperial Knights led by Mohrgan Fel, who were tasked with protecting him while the real Roan Fel escaped Coruscant. Only Krayt knew that he was an impostor, whereas the Moff Council did not, and surrendered their fealty to him.
