Roblio Darté was a male Human Jedi Master and Senior Jedi General during the Clone Wars. He was noted for his skilled use of the forked lightsaber.

Darté led clone troops at the Battle of Parcellus Minor. Ninety percent of his troops died in the planetwide fire caused by the igniting of the native, combustible flora by orbital bombardment by the Separatist fleet. Roblio and a few troops were pulled offworld. Two days later, Roblio reported the disaster to a session of the Jedi High Council, with Bail Organa, Mon Mothma, and Ask Aak present to listen. The disaster was downplayed and largely ignored by the Galactic Republic government and the media.
The death of Roblio Darté.
Darté survived the initial strike of Order 66 and was one of the eight Jedi summoned by Master Shadday Potkin to Kessel to discuss the future of the Jedi Order, and as such was caught in Darth Vader's ambush of the meeting. Immediately igniting his forked lightsaber, he attacked Vader, and was up close when Sia-Lan Wezz and Ma'kis'shaalas were killed. A well-aimed strike from Jastus Farr damaged Vader's armor, and Vader leaped away. He returned with Master Potkin's cortosis blade and shut down Roblio's lightsaber. Darté, along with Tsui Choi and Jastus Farr used the Force to create an avalanche of rubble, and crushed Vader underneath it. When, all of a sudden, stormtroopers appeared and opened fire on the Jedi, Roblio saw Jastus Farr fall from the shots, and protected himself by lifting a door in front of him, shielding him from the blaster fire. Tsui Choi leaped up to kill the stormtroopers, but Vader stopped him with a Force Grip. The clones concentrated fire on the door and blew it up, along with Roblio.
Behind the scenes
Roblio Darté is the creation of John Ostrander. While the character's first appearance was in Star Wars Republic 61: Dead Ends and his name appeared in the comic's script, it was not until Star Wars: Purge that the name was made canonical. Ostrander speculated that Darté was born in 50 BBY.[1]
Darté is the first character to be seen with a forked lightsaber; completely unique, a smaller blade angles off the main blade at the hilt.
