Behind the scenesEdit

In an interview at Celebration V, creators Seth Green and Matt Senreich revealed some plot details about the upcoming special. According to Green, the plot will tell "more of a linear story this time that covers the series from start to finish." Senreich states that it will provide an opportunity to "see [the Star wars Universe] through the eyes of our Robot Chicken: Star Wars Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, Boba Fett and Gary the Stormtrooper" and "get a unique perspective from the bad guy side, from people who just want to rule the universe."

Green added, "We also have a really funny Vader first day in his suit, figuring out how to go to the bathroom skit in the new special. He's clicking all the buttons on his suit trying to figure out where the thermal exhaust port is." He also mentioned a sketch with Orrimaarko, a.k.a. “Prune Face”, will be featured.

Unlike the past two specials, this special was announced to be an hour long.[2]
