Rogh'ma Ixsan was a male Dug who served under Sebolto's employ and was also involved with a crime syndicate called RavinsBlud during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. In 32 BBY, he was wanted by Coruscant Police for the questioning, involved in smuggling death sticks on Malastare. His bounty that was worth 3,000 credits alive and 1,500 dead was claimed by the Mandalorian-turned Bounty hunter Jango Fett.
