Rogue Moon Project was an organization founded by Zayne Carrick and Shel Jelavan in the aftermath of the Vindication. Seeing how little the Jedi Order helped the regular people, Carrick used the money from the cons he ran with Marn Hierogryph to bring together the families of the victims of the Padawan Massacre of Taris to help refugees and wrongly accused fugitives like Carrick himself used to be.
