Rokrul was a village on Nelvaan.

HistoryEdit

During the Clone Wars, all of the adult male Nelvaanians of Rokrul were taken captive by the Techno Union and turned into cyborgs for the war. Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi were taken to the village after interfering with a young Nelvaanian's initiation process, who happened to be the Chieftain's son. After telling Kenobi and Skywalker of the legendary "ghost hand" and what had happened to the others, Orvos, the shaman covered Skywalker's body with bruise-leech crawlers. Afterward, the Nelvaanians sent Anakin to rescue the Nelvaanian males. Before he left, Kenobi stated that this would be Anakin's final Trial, the Trial of Spirit. After infiltrating and successfully destroying the Techno Union base, the mutated males were welcomed back into Rokrul village, and the females and children learned to accept them once again.

Behind the scenesEdit

Rokrul's name is similar in pronunciation to the title of Rock & Rule, an animated film by Canadian animation studio Nelvana. The film was an influence on the character design of the Nelvaanians.
