Rolai Frac was a male Bothan member of a squad of young mercenaries that trained at the elite Leadership School of Andara. Frac was in charge of the group's finances and served as the security expert. Ostracized by the wealthier students due to the fact that he was admitted to the school via scholarship, Frac and the other group members planned to kill Jedi Anakin Skywalker and frame a wealthy businessman. The plan was foiled by Skywalker and his Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, who arrested the gang members and took them to Coruscant after they were expelled from the school.
