Governor Roshti was a Togruta leader on the planet Kiros.

Roshti was contacted by Jedi Grand Master Yoda sometime during the Clone Wars, and asked to stand against Count Dooku's occupation of the planet while the Galactic Republic sent help. However, Republic troops did not arrive soon enough, and the entire Togruta population was relocated to what Dooku referred to as a "sanctuary." He was in fact sold as a slave to Zygerria.
