Rosset was a member of the Council of Moffs in 40 ABY who opposed Grand Admiral Gilad Pellaeon. He was aboard the Bloodfin during the Second Battle of Fondor and supported Quille's coup against Pellaeon possibly ending in his death as all the Moffs on board were killed and when the crew rebelled, there was very little chance for Rosset to escape.
