Rossin was a Human male Pop-Dog soldier who was loyal to General Stavin Thaal of the Galactic Alliance. In 44 ABY, he was present to view the destruction of the Mount Lyss Meteorological Station following Wraith Squadron's escape from Vandor-3. After the destruction of the Station, General Thaal ordered Rossin to retrieve the telemetry of the shuttle from which the Wraiths escaped on and their X-wing escorts, which Rossin complied.
