The Roving Eye observation droid was a popular around 137 ABY type of Holocam droid – a recording device attached to a repulsor system. It was used by law enforcement agencies, corporations and even Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt, who used the Roving Eye droids to monitor the training of his disciples in the Temple of the Sith.

CharacteristicsEdit

It was designed to collect different kind of data, compile it, strip of any errors and transmit the polished packet of data to a secure location. Alternately it could be programmed to store the data for manual retrieval or deliver the data physically to a destined location. It could connect directly to a computer networks, security sensors and camera feeds and analyze the data for the information necessary.
