Royal Sovereign was a Broadside-class cruiser in the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War.

The name Royal Sovereign fits easily with Imperial naming schemes (though it may seem more appropriate for a somewhat grander class of vessel than the Broadside), but it is notable in the real world as several British ships have been named HMS Royal Sovereign.
