Rusha was an elderly woman who was a person of great importance on Eckless. She was considered the leading candidate to be elected President of the Council of Eckless.

Once Fallone arrived and subjugated the planet, she lead the uprising that drove him off the planet. She spearheaded the efforts to build a starship so she could pursue him and bring him to justice.

She found him on Chazwa, and offered a bounty of 5000 credits for the return of a valuable artifact called The Black Sphere. She also offered a matching bounty if Fallone was captured so she could return him to Eckless to face justice.

Unfortunately, she was killed by a crime lord named Jorga Sune before she could get her revenge on Fallone.
