Ruusanian

Ruusanians were approximately 20,000 preindustrial Near-Humans^[1] from Ruusan. They developed due to inbreeding amongst the small Human population of Ruusan; they were hardy and well-adapted to a desert environment.

Surface artifacts suggest that other species lived on Ruusan as well, making it possible that Ruusanians originated from somewhere else.
