Rycrits were a species in the galaxy whose skins were used in the making of clothing and items.[1] Their meat was also edible, being used to make spiced rycrit strips.[2]
During the Clone Wars, Jedi General Aayla Secura wore a belt made of rycrit hide.[3]
During the reign of the Galactic Empire, White Worms scrumrat Rebolt possessed the Commander of Staves, a staff of his own making which he wrapped with black rycrit leather for insulation.[4]
