The Sabrash system was a star system that was located in the Kastolar sector,[1] a part of Kashyyyk Region in the Slice portion of the Mid Rim.[2] The system was the origin point of the group known as the Sabrashi,[3][4] and shared its name with the company Sabrashi Bio-Chemical Deterrents, Inc.[5]

Behind the scenes[]

The Sabrash system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed the system in grid square R-9.[2]

(backup link) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for the Sabrashi and Sabrashi Bio-Chemical Deterrents, Inc. in relation to the Sabrash system.
