Sarafur, also known as Kuna's Tail III, was the third planet in the Kuna's Tail system of Moddell Sector. In Pre-Republic times, the world was a Killik colony, as well as part of the Infinite Empire.[2] Numerous ancient ruins covered the wastes. The ruins contained the treasure-filled tomb of a Killik Sith Lord, the resting place of the Alsakan Tessent[3]. The ruins were used as bolt holes by smugglers and other undesirables. Three makeshift spaceports dotted the equatorial band, the only inhabitable portion of the planet due to its tidal lock with Kuna's Tail. The local contingent of the Kintan Gunrunners was led by the Red Nikto Tu'rsc'yulir.
