Sasha ot Sulem's dialect
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
An odd combination of a strange language (perhaps rudimentary Mando'a) and Galactic Basic Standard, Sasha ot Sulem utilized this dialect to attempt to converse with former Dark Lord of the Sith Revan after stowing away aboard the Ebon Hawk. The Jedi was able to, with many attempts (and possibly the use of his power), gain enough knowledge of the language to converse with the young female. Utilizing this newfound ability of conversation, Revan managed to convince Sasha to leave the Ebon Hawk with Lur Arka Sulas, who was searching on behalf of her father, Rundil ot Sulem, for the child.
It is unknown if Sasha retained her unique dialect or if she was taught a proper galactic language.

[edit] Behind the scenes
The dialogue with Sasha is a minor puzzle on its own right, where the player has to make out what Sasha is saying and manage to help her. While it is stated within the game that Revan recognizes Sasha's dialect to the extent that it sounds like the Mandalorian language, it does not follow any of the principles established by Karen Traviss's later creation of Mando'a as a working language. As a notable example, the word 'Mandalorian' in this language is 'Manlorey' while in Mando'a, it is 'Mando'ade'.
The reason is that there had been several years' difference between the game's release and Traviss's work and it is possible that Traviss was not aware of the existence of this (fragmentary) language, or just ignored it; whatever the case, Traviss did not base her conlang on this one. The in-universe relation of the two languages (if any) is not established in the canon. Also, Revan states that when translated into basic, the Mandalorian words become what is listed above. Therefore, Sasha is not directly speaking mandalorian, but rather, her own created language.
