Sauvax

The Sauvax were sapient crustaceans indigenous to Leritor. They were an amphibious race that moved about on their six strong stick-like legs and possessed heavy claw arms. In addition to this, their bodies were covered by a chitinous armor which was capable of protecting them but flexible enough to allow movement. The hand claws ended in five fingers with two being large pincers and three were opposable digits to allow for better manipulation of objects. While fearsome looking, the Sauvax were actually peaceful creatures who preferred negotiations rather then war to settle disputes.
