The Sd-77 sonic pistol was a range weapon produced by Pacnorval Defense Systems, Limited. The sonic pistol fired a wide blast of high-intensity sound waves which could shatter solid objects or stun a sentient.

The Sd-77 was popular among private security firms including Santhe Security. Pacnorval also produced a larger, rifle variant; the Sg-82 sonic rifle.
