Sebban Keto was a descendant of the Empress Teta legacy who owned several shops in Cinnagar, Empress Teta's capital. Sebban, much like his relatives Satal and Aleema, practiced dark side magic, and established a new Krath cult on Empress Teta several thousand years after the Great Sith War. He was also possibly a relative of Jedi Master Cin Drallig's Padawan Serra Keto.
