Secrets of the Dark Side was the holy book of the Church of the Dark Side and one of the central cruxes of the Imperial Intelligence hoax that was the Church. The book, collected by the false Jedgar, contained the "prophecies" of the false Kadann.

Grand Admiral Peccati Syn lent his fellow Grand Admiral, Ishin-Il-Raz, his personal Secrets of the Dark Side after the latter grew depressed following the death of Palpatine.
