Section 7-B was located inside the The Qarek'k, a large bar complex located on Coruscant shortly after the rise of the Galactic Empire. Section 7-B was in-between the barrooms Green Dystopia and Crimson Redrum.

In 19 BBY, the bounty hunter Aurra Sing visited the Qarek'k during her hunt for the former Jedi Jax Pavan. Sing was told to seek out Calathi—who was working in the Green Dystopia—by the Crimson Redrum's bartender when Sing asked for information regarding Pavan. While on her way to the Green Dystopia, she was harassed by three drunk patrons. A short fight ensued where two of the patrons—a Shistavanen and an Utai—were killed by Sing with her lightsaber, while the drunk Zabrak had his hand cauterized.
