Sector Four was an administrative division on the planet Duro, during SELCORE's attempt to rehabilitate the planet for habitation during the Yuuzhan Vong War. Two scientists from SELCORE competed over claims to utilize this area, with one wanting to use it for their grain project, while Plee wanted to use it for his experimental plants.
