Security and Law Enforcement was the police division of Outer Rim Oreworks.

Hugo Bartyn seized the budget of Security and Law Enforcement for the planet Lamaredd and manipulated it so that ORO would pay the salary of the Security Chief of Bartyn's Landing, his own fishing city which was not affiliated to ORO.
