The Sedawan was a warship similar in appearance to the CR70 and CR90 corvettes.^[1]

CharacteristicsEdit

It was much larger than the CR-series corvettes, with 24 engines arranged in rows of 3. With multiple hangars, at least one on each side of the main hull, the Sedawan could take on board several fighters and smaller transport vessels. Its bridge was substantially larger than the ones on the smaller CEC classes, having enough room for several crew members to walk around in.^[1]

HistoryEdit

The ship was used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars and was relegated to the transportation of lightsaber crystals from Ilum. It was decided by the Jedi Masters that the war made it too dangerous for Padawans to build their lightsabers anywhere else but Coruscant at the Jedi Temple.^[1]

During one of its journeys, it came under attack from Separatist forces led by the Devastation, but was not disabled before the clone troopers on board dispatched a distress signal to the Jedi Council. Jedi were sent to ascertain its fate, but found only an empty ship, apart from battle droids and several Nightsisters.^[1]
