Sensislugs were sluglike insects used by the Yuuzhan Vong for spying.

Sensislugs released a chemical composition that was able to render most humanoids unconscious for a short period of time. This made them useful defensive measures, and the Yuuzhan Vong would also use a milder form of the sensilug's compound on prisoners that were less than grateful to be granted the "honor" of being sacrificed to the Yun'o. The effects of were quite unpleasant for the victim: nausea, disorientation, serious headaches, and an irritated nose.

It is unknown what became of the sensislug after the war ended; though it can be assumed they were transplanted to Zonama Sekot where they would have joined the tampasi.
