Seoul was an alias taken up by Quelev Tapper while on Varonat where he posed as pilot to Talon Karrde's role as Pandis Hart, Syndic for the Sif-Uwana Council.

It was also the name he died under when killed by Gamgalon and his Krish in the planet's jungle.

Behind the scenesEdit

Just like Karrde's ships, Hart and Seoul is a play on words with "Heart and Soul".

Seoul is the capital of South Korea.
