Serom Haxan was a male Lorrdian professor at the University of Pangalactic Cultural Studies during the years after the Dark Nest Crisis. In 40 ABY, Haxan was taken hostage by his colleague, Professor Movac Arisster. Taking Haxan atop the aquarium of the Lorrd Academy for Aquatic Studies, Arisster strapped Haxan to his back, threatening to blow the aquarium up if he did not talk to Nelani Dinn, the Jedi Knight stationed onplanet. When Jacen Solo arrived and refused to negotiate with Arisster, Solo used the Force to detonate the bomb, killing both men.
