This mansion was the home of the Dark Jedi Set Harth during the time following the New Sith Wars. In 980 BBY, Sith apprentice Darth Zannah tracked him to the mansion, where she confronted him and convinced him to join her as her new apprentice before she took on her Master, Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Bane.
